By accessing or using Flexpert, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and students of the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — are the exclusive property of Flexpert and its licensors, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Course materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activities under your account.
- Keep your password confidential and secure.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.
6. Prohibited Activities
When using the Service, you agree not to:

Mentorship program outcomes depend on individual effort; we make no guarantee of specific results, employment, or income.
Results disclaimer: Marketing results vary by product, market, budget and many factors outside our control. Past results (including those shown in our portfolio) are real but do not guarantee future outcomes for any specific brand.
Refunds: Program fees are non-refundable once the first live session has been attended. Ad management fees and ad spend already committed to a campaign are non-refundable once work has begun.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexpert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
